BBB Bureau Re: Club Serenite Bell Center 813 Bryden Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215 Dear Sirs: Plaintiff in the above style letter head has been soliciting Club Serenite since November 2012. Plaintiff visited a staff member’s apartment “Kenneth”: and his apartment smelt like “Death”. Death is a smell, that Plaintiff will never forget or confuse with anything else; but “Kenneth” had invited the Plaintiff prior to the visit to Club Serenite. Club Serenite has a web site that list annual expenses and moneys received in the range of millions of dollars: to prove to the public access to a computer room for mentally ill people, drug addicted people: AA & NA, homeless people, and other people who need to survive. “Terri Gales” wrote the program and is funded by the ADAMH BOARD. In order to visit the club all is needed is to sign up, and that’s it. Plaintiff signed up with the Peer Center a Co-Partner November 2012. Terri Gales swears on her web site she is saving lives in the Columbus Area; with her Computer lab: and you are able to print for free, but “Terri Gales” disabled (2) of (3) Computers in the lab, and she uses the (3rd) one that prints so, nobody can print except her: and that money she is getting from the ADAMH BOARD is not for her; but the community. Plaintiff visited the Peer Center located at 1221 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215; also where “Kenneth” works, and he knew the Plaintiff did not like him after the visit to his apartment, and she asked him not to speak to her any more. Kenneth knows Plaintiff does not want to have anything to do with him. Yet, every times she comes to Club Serenite he continually, ask her questions over and over again; the same questions just to harass her. Also, “Mark Ross” harasses the Plaintiff, questioning her about what she is doing there; and Plaintiff has asked Mark Ross not to question her, or talk to her. She is not there to visit him or “Kenneth”. The Club has not been open for the past two (2) years during the week; and only on the weekends for a short time. This year the times has changed (4) times; and each time they never honor their hours of operation. BUT, they have a scheduled post by the back where (31) employees are listed, who are signing in for the whole week, (40) hours, on pay roll. Plaintiff has only seen (5) employees working in the Bell Center actively for the pass two (2) year. Plaintiff feels they are embezzling money far beyond millions of dollars: and they disabled the printer (2) weeks ago, and won’t the Plaintiff print.
